I have spent a few days with the family at Mango Tulum. The hotel is tiny, clean, and friendly. I have been impressed by the helpful staff, always available, smiling, and happy to help. I loved the pool and the garden and the tea and coffee corner by the pool. I would definitely recommend it.
Location is perfect, near the main drag but far enough away, so it is quiet at night. Rooms are spotless, friendly with an enormous walk-in shower: excellent management and personnel with their sea trek cozumel mexico suggestions. I liked my 5-day stay and will stay again on my next trip.
A 3-night stay at Mango Tulum Hotel was an excellent way to finish my Mexico holiday. All of the sights and activities you can drive by bike and the tips that Jana gave me places to eat and cenotes to visit were all spot on. The room was clean and comfortable with a good bed and a beautiful bathroom. Everything worked although the WiFi signal was a bit variable. Thank you for a lovely stay.
My friend and I stayed at Mango during a short trip to Tulum. Our penthouse apartment was very spacious, and we found it to be impeccably clean upon our arrival The hotel is near various corner shops and larger supermarkets, so you have no trouble at all getting what you need (toiletries, food, etc.), and the pool area is well maintained.
But by far the best thing about Mango is the hotel staff. Jana is an incredible host – she made us feel welcome, and she knows Tulum like the back of her hand. I mentioned that I was vegetarian, and I had been having some trouble finding food in Mexico City, and she provided me with a list of great recommendations.
Mango Tulum is a small and familiar Hotel (about 12 rooms). The receptionist Jana speaks English perfectly and makes you feel very welcome. She is very friendly and helpful with advice for visiting cenotes in the surrounding and recommending restaurants. As a unique amenity, the hotel has a well-kept garden and pool.
The hotel is in a street parallel to the main road. So it is quiet and feels like an oasis you appreciate after walking through the noisy and crowded center. Supermarkets and restaurants are very close. The hotel provides a city map with useful recommendations in the surrounding when arriving at the hotel.
