Couples excursion in June 2018. The rooms were totally incredible. We had a bungalow (package) and could not ask for a more beautiful or cleaner area. The maid’s services had been excellent, kept our room clean, and refrigerator stocked daily.
Food was beautiful, refreshing daily and a lot of choices! There was some seaweed on a few times but nothing significant. Good friendly staff – they told me where to find some trikes of cozumel in Mexico. Small trains on the hotel to take you into the reception or shore, they come every five minutes. Planning to return this season or next!
I loved all of the staff! Blue was amazing! Take her Spanish classes:-RRB- Just do not speak to the folks wearing white. Simply walk away. All else has been amazing! Family friendly also!
It was the best experience. It was nice to see the demonstration by the dance group and also the típico band. They were always pleased to show my friends some fantastic dance moves.
Just back from our 2nd trip to this hotel. We stayed in the honeymoon suites that was just magnificent! Our bartender, Clara in the lobby bar, was the best, she understood what we wanted and if we had a refill. Will definitely come back later on!
Being a solo female traveler occasionally you don’t understand what a hotel will be like or even the folks. So far, that was the best resort for me personally since the team makes it all. That is my second time in Punta Cana, and here I believe that the entertainment/animation team work so challenging to be sure that to get fantastic staff without overdoing it.
Everyday grinning and engaging with everybody really and without pressure. The shows were enjoyable and if you only need to unwind no issue. If you’re blessed to be here if they’re then you’ll have the best time!
