This small gem can be found in a quiet region of the island. The team is exceptional and very valuable. A lot of activities for the entire family and fantastic evening entertainment. The additional conveniences provided to your preferred rate are worth it!
We’re a family of 10 incl two kids 10, 8 and two teens. Fantastic food in the buffet and the majority of the restaurants. The coffee shop had an assortment of coffee-based beverages, fruits, and sweets, which filled us up throughout the day. Beach was beautiful with a lot of seats, but the water needed the seaweed issue. They washed the shore regularly. Goes here again.
Our stay was quite pleasant, the hotel grounds were well kept, clean, and quite pretty. There was a fantastic selection of pubs. The themed displays are amazing, and there’s definitely something to keep you amused throughout the day by aqua aerobics to cook paella and creating sangria, competitions, sightseeing and diving course. Staff was amazing that they recommended us some mini sub adventure cozumel excursions in this Mexican paradise.
Location, amenities, facilities, food, amusement were put on. The entire staff was reliable to become efficient, professional, careful & adapting. Enjoyable setting with great drinks. We never appear to lack for anything during our whole stay.
Fantastic trip with 10 other household members. Pool times were the greatest with Ambiorix as our server! Excellent service rather than an empty glass. Ambriorix gave us amazing Spanish classes and had a wonderful sense of humor. We’ll return!
Such a beautiful place with such excellent staff, they couldn’t do more for your food in any restaurant we went to would be to expire our rooms were always clean when we arrived back. The club pool team were my favorite by far.
Maiken really actually made my times in the pool, he was off his toes to make us feel welcome rather than neglected to put a grin on our faces, such a hard worker! We recommend this place.
