We stayed at the Colibri Hotel and also the Lido was the shore club attached. We had excellent breakfasts, buckets of beer and sofa chairs regular. Staff was terrific, Rodrigo, Lau, and Jorge were exceptional. Busy place with a great deal of entertainment, obviously among the most fun places to be on the shore!
We went to the beach club almost daily throughout our 11-day trip! The service was excellent, and the food was great! The toilets are clean, and there’s an outdoor shower to wash off. Even the waiters and waitresses were amazing and very friendly! Can def reunite when we vacation here? We really like the vibe here as it is all ages.
Reserved a table the other day for 15 friends to celebrate a birthday and say goodbye to a couple of snowbirds. After we arrived, we discovered a table decorated with balloons, fresh flowers and shaded by umbrellas. Our host was Alex.. couldn’t have asked for better support. Great food and drink. I had taken a tiny candy with candles inside which Alex had placed in refrigeration for me.
As soon as I wanted to give it to David, Alex produced it plated with birthday wishes written on it. We love the Lido Beach Bar and can not say enough good things about it. I apologize because I can’t remember the Manager’s title but many thanks to her for making this a perfect day.
We moved to Lido several times during our stay. For breakfasts, snacks, music, and drinks. And, I wanted to know what it’s like to go scuba diving for the first time in cozumel so we took a trip there! Amazing experiences. Great food quality. Great margaritas, piña coladas, tequilas, and caipirinhas! Love this club from the beach!
Went to Lido 2 times on our final excursion to Playa in February. Both times to watch bands in the afternoon. First one was among those favorites” Crazy Toy,” and we were not disappointed. From the moment we got there, someone was helping us locate a desk for 4 since another couple was meeting us, and they bent over backward to accommodate us. The servers were terrific, and cold beer and fantastic food are all we request, and they delivered. We’ll definitely return!
I wish I could list them all — better to only say that there is a team of waiters, owners, and managers who clearly know service with a grin. Thank you to all at LIDO who make so many mornings welcome for my guests and me.
