The rooms are a comfy and beautiful design. There are two quite pretty pools around the roof of the hotel. Service was generally, and we enjoyed the stay in the hotel.
The hotel was in a perfect location, the rooms were new, clean and super comfortable. The rooftop pools and bar were excellent for a chill day from the lake. My trip took an abrupt turn. Javier in lodging and Paco at the rooftop bar provided the very best service I’ve ever experienced! You won’t be disappointed if you book here!
The hotel is nicely located North of central town. Beach Clubs two blocks. It was very clear Fiesta had a well trained and detail oriented staff. The room was pristine. The architecture is an entirely contemporary and trendy/designer.
The usage of soundproof glass made the chambers quiet regardless of the street noise below. The bedrooms are nice with a full wall of glass. I’d rate the property as 3.5+ celebrities; full support – with room service. The front desk staff had been being educated and professional with good English – they recommended the best cozumel charter by carnival cruise ship so I can have a nice fishing trip. Fiesta is similar to a recently constructed Courtyard property in the US but with a contemporary architectural flair. It was a fantastic base for exploring Playa, Cozumel, and Tulum at a very reasonable rate for an upscale, well-run property- in season.

The hotel is near 5th Avenue shopping, dining, and activities. Room was clean, and the breakfast options all looked great. We had breakfast with a big plate of great fresh fruit and other items, all for a fair price. The beach is a few blocks off, leisurely stroll and the hotel has a reduction arrangement with Kool Beach Club, we used it several days.
Excellent central location, close to 5th Avenue and the pick-up point for many excursions. The modern contemporary design of the hotel gives it a friendly relaxed atmosphere. The 2 rooftop pools are fantastic for relaxing with a nice bar area as well. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable, our room faced onto 10th Avenue;, therefore, there was a background noise but do not cause an issue. Friendly helpful staff made our stay here just perfect, and we’d recommend it.
