We stayed on the 3rd floor in the first building. The room was clean and spacious and well maintained during our two-week stay. The elevator didn’t work when we came, but it was repaired the exact same week. Fantastic size security box. We enjoyed the breakfast that was served in the backyard patio.
After breakfast period, there aren’t any restaurant solutions, but you don’t need them. The 5th and 10th route is around the corner. We purchased soda, beer, and water from the supermarket into the refrigerator in the room. The staff talked about some snorkeling riviera maya tours we must take. And we’ll do!
You receive beach towels in the reception, and you may change them when you want. The place is ideal for trips since ADO bus terminal is only a block off. I suggest gaining this, also. If you’re extremely sensitive to sound and have problems to sleep, I will rethink this resort because of the close location of this 5th avenue. It is possible to hear some songs in the evenings. But it didn’t disturb our loved ones, and we slept really well.
Fantastic resort! Quiet despite being alongside 5th, clean rooms, friendly staff, pleasant garden, and superb breakfast! I have to state that if the resort isn’t up to date, it’s among the best I’ve stayed at. It’s evident they have hired quite capable staff. Everything is done nicely and efficiently. I asked the secretary to check into it. It required less than five minutes for upkeep to get there, and they began fixing it instantly. The issue was solved with our aid.
After we came back from a superb afternoon in PDC, we’re always met with an area so well cleaned you could perform an operation within it. And lots of thanks to the towel cake!
Breakfast was beautiful, you can just choose from four types of foods but among them were different daily (I want I remembered the title of the girl serving us but I’ve forgotten, she warrants a mentioning, especially to the cake they made for our daughter). And to top everything off, the wifi had an adequate rate and policy.
To sum it up: maybe not fancy but well run with excellent employees and gorgeous backyard… Did I mention that they have a Cenote? Amazing hotel!
