Fantastic pool, excellent service in the front offices. The area had very comfortable beds and superior amenities. On the other hand, the only real problem we had was the shower. Seems just like the showerhead was ruined or has not been cleaned/replaced in years, the water could spray all around the area, but NOT straight downward. Aside from that annoyance, ideal stay, and beautiful construction!
I am quite delighted with every element of this Acanto resort! To begin with, protected parking. There’s underground, gated parking, and therefore you don’t need to leave your vehicle on the road. The hotel and room were pristine and beautiful. We remained from the two-bedroom penthouse. Consequently we had a rooftop terrace region and may see the ocean in the roof.
The beach is just about a block away, and you’re at the corner of 5th Avenue – simple walk to whatever you could possibly desire. Fifth Avenue is a secure place – it was two people girls there in the time – and we had no problems walking and back every night – and it is also clean. The apartment we stayed in was quite large, and every area had its own tub. I had been worried that the sound from 5th Ave could keep us up at night, but it was not quite loud, and the resort has placed a reliable machine in every room, which assisted with almost any ambient noise we may have discovered.
The resort is in an ideal place for both nightlife and beach, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay – and the Staff was fantastic! I’ll certainly stay there again!
I managed to speak by telephone and talk online before reserving where Laura replied all of my detailed questions. They could not be nicer. It is a really great price. We’ve got a 1 bedroom facing the small charming road, it’s roomy and light. Also, she recommended to check cozumel snorkeling reef map for a nice trip! There is a little terrace ideal for two where we’ve got beverages daily before going to dinner. The opinion is indeed pretty. The road is leafy and reasonably, particularly at nighttime.
The place is exceptional. It’s fifty feet one way to occupied 5th Avenue, and another is 1st Avenue, much more silent using a cab stand directly there. It’s possible to walk into a few beach clubs out of here or a quick taxi to Inti Beach club that is our favorite. We walk into nearly all our restaurants. The Acanto is a really magical oasis in an ideal place. Simply wonderful.
The area is quite clean and perfect when you have children and want your space. The team is, and the place cannot be beaten. We’d certainly stay again at Acanto!
