We loved staying here. It was simple but clean and comfortable. We realized we had been on a little, type of distant island and we didn’t expect everything to be perfect.
Our room was larger than expected and had what we needed. Breakfast each morning was generally fairly good, and the place always had fresh berry and fruit which we appreciated. The beach club was, and their food was excellent. The woman and guys that worked there were extremely attentive. We are staying here again with pleasure.
Jessi at the front desk was accommodating upon our entrance, taking time to describe pricing and options for transportation and activities on the island, and explaining the map to us. The room is necessary but clean and spacious enough for the 4 of us.
The beds were amazingly comfortable! The beachfront accessibility was magnificent, and we spent almost all of our time lounging on the beach chairs from the water. It is possible to rent bicycles or golf carts to get around, but we discovered we did not need them because everything we had was readily accessible by foot. We would love to come back again another time.
This hotel is very convenient, nice rooms, excellent service, and the beach club are very comfortable. You receive a 10% reduction and food and beverages are fantastic. The resort is a right infant of the ocean and what’s 5 minutes off, stores, restaurants, whatever you want. I have been here two and plan to return.
First of all, the Holbox Dream is the best hotel on the island and the ideal place. Fantastic PRIVATE beach but steps away from downtown and the rest of the action while also being secluded. We were there last week, and there was a problem with the reservation. Rosy was terrific and professional and just upgraded us to a much better spot for the week to get the same price.
Couldn’t find a much better hotel and couldn’t find better employees. Huge shout out to Rosy for her awesomeness!
