We have the royal ceremony that was so well worth it. Miguel and Juan in the pool were all wonderful!
The grounds are lovely, the garden suite we had was quite pleasant, the maids came into the area about two times every day, the refrigerator was carried entirely, our butler assisted with dinner reservations along with anything we had. Make sure you bring a lot of small bills to tip those hard working people! We spent 6 nights here and that I wish we never needed to leave! We heard about a cozumel atv jungle tour in Mexico we want to try!
Came for a marriage that was lots of fun. Stayed an extra week for a holiday. Our butler Nelson was careful and put us up with fantastic meals and actions. Special shout out to Bienvenido in Passion for creating that particular experience so strange! That team in the pubs were significant in creating cocktails! Everybody said hello and be sure to help if they could. This is a favorite holiday and looks forward to moving back.
The bartender was fantastic, he had been quite pleasant and attentive to the requirements of my buddies and I. By the very first time we met him on Friday before the end of the excursion on Sunday he decided we had been taken care of. He was quite considerate and professional. The hotel was absolutely amazing, and this is my next trip to this exact same hotel. I have to state my bartender/server Jose Contreras was outstanding and he left our stay FANTASTIC!
Jose was very careful to my buddies when we arrived at the pool. He was also quite friendly and always had a grin on his head. He left our experience in this resort amazing. Will definitely return just because of his services.
Finest bartender ever. Service with a grin and a likable character. The resort is well preserved. There’s always somebody to ask questions or prepared to assist you.
Amazing hotel. Are both terrific bartenders and cause you to feel like part of their household. They’re always enjoyable and friendly. Melia ought to be pleased to have such loyal and attentive members of the group. They left compliments much better.
